Free Ground UPS shipping on all prepaid orders totaling over $200.00 in selected merchandise and being shipped within the continental USA! It is our way of saying Thank You for your order! 
 
PRODUCTION TIME
Our normal production time is 1-5 business days. This does not include shipping time.

Depiction of engraving in photos is for illustration only. While we attempt to depict the engraving on our samples as close to the actual appearance as possible, personalization can change the actual size (particularly width) of the engraved area. Each product has a maximum engraving area listed in the description. The actual engraving may vary in size based on personalization, font, and initals used.  Example - an engraved letter "I" will not be as wide as an engraved letter "W". 

RETURNS POLICY
Your order is very important to us! Please email us (info@blueribbontrophies.com) or call us (1-800-964-2251) with any questions or issues concerning your order. We will make every effort to ensure you are a satisfied customer.  All orders are provided on a Custom Basis. Therefore, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect, Each item that is personalized with engraving is non-returnable as it cannot be sold to other customers due to the custom nature of the item in question. There is No Refund even if the engraving is due to an error on our part. We will correct any errors, or re-engrave with the correction on a new item of similarity.  
How do I Return or Exchange an Item?
Not satisfied with an item? No worries! We want to make the return process as easy as possible. If the product is eligible for return (not personalized), you can quickly schedule your return, replacement, or exchange 24 hours a day via email at info@blueribbontrophies.com. No items will be accepted without return authorization.

ENGRAVING ERRORS

If there is an engraving error that is our fault, we will correct the error at no cost to you. If we complete the engraving per your information and approval, but there is an error that is your fault, there will be a charge to correct the error.  We offer a 10% courtesy discount to correct engraving errors. At check-out, you will see the engraving that you have entered. Please use this as your final check to make sure it has been entered into the order correctly. By completing the order process and submitting your order, you are acknowledging that all engraving information is correct. 

For items not engraved or personalized, we will gladly accept any items as long as the item is in new condition and within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Gift certificates or gift cards are non-returnable.

Final Clearance Items

We cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or make any adjustments on Final Clearance marked Items. These items are usually heavily discounted and discontinued, and the style has been closed out permanently. No exceptions. 

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ON ORDERS
All orders must be paid in full prior to us filling the order. Payment methods available for immediate processing of your order include Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express Card Payments. Charges will appear on your bill from "Blue Ribbon Awards" or "Blue Ribbon Trophies". 

There is a $35.00 late payment fee for disputed credit card transactions that will be assessed for all disputed card transactions whereby a customer has not contacted us prior to contacting your bank. If there is an error on a transaction, you should always contact the merchant first as we can resolve the issue quickly, and without the hassle of a dispute. In addition, finance charges at the rate of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all disputed credit card transaction until payment is received in full.

Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify the pricing provided with or without notice. We make every effort to ensure our pricing listed in our online catalog is accurate and a pricing change would only occur in the case where an error is discovered on a product. You will be notified of the pricing change and have the opportunity to cancel your order should this occur.
